Finning (Canada) is seeking applications from an individual interested in joining our Preventative Maintenance Team. This individual will be responsible for a variety of duties in a service-oriented environment.

Duties to include but not limited to:
• Create service quotations and service work orders in compliance with service operations process
• Scheduling of PM services
• Ensure work order documentation is complete and accurate
• Scheduling and booking of technicians into jobs
• Ensure accurate and timely coding of accounts payable, expense reports, and technician time entry into Kronos system.
• Communicate with parts department
• Update service schedule with completed services
• Work closely with the supervisor to ensure the cost of the job is in line and the job flow is continual
• Ensure (SWIP) Service Work In Progress KPI’s are met or exceeded.
Various related duties as required.

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:

Reporting directly to the Service Supervisor, the successful candidate will have previous experience working in a customer service environment and will be computer literate with an emphasis in Excel, Access and Word. As a self-motivated team player, you will possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Post-secondary education in a related field will be considered an asset.
