Overview

The H&K Group, Inc. is searching for a back-up receptionist/administration assistant. The employee will perform the receptionist duties whenever the main receptionist is unable to cover the front desk. They will effectively perform necessary duties of a qualified Receptionist, serving as the representative of a prominent company in the Construction Industry, while presenting a professional image at all times. They will also perform administrative duties for both the Accounting and Human Resources departments.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Back-up person who receives calls at establishment, determines nature of business, directs callers to destination by performing the following duties:
  • Pleasantly greets employees and visitors entering main lobby at Corporate office.
  • Receives calls, obtains caller's name and directs caller to destination
  • Greets visitors entering main lobby and contacts proper employee being visited.
  • Provide job applications to all walk-in applicants and contact Corporate Recruiter for possible interviews.
  • Performs variety of clerical duties as requested by Executives and Managers.
  • Process monthly credit card statements, matching of charges to billing statement.
  • Maintain professional appearance of board room after meetings adjourn
  • Maintain professional appearance of reception desk at all times.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
