Position Summary


Trinity Safety Group is looking for a Senior Safety Facilitator to join our Safety Services team. This is a full-time permanent placement position. The Senior Safety Facilitator will serve as a consultant to construction and general industry clients. You will be responsible for growing and building safety cultures in a consistent, timely, and professional manner.



  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert providing services such as accident investigations (root cause analysis), defensive driving (vehicle safety), ergonomic assessments (advanced), HAZWOPER (all levels), record keeping and documentation, safety leadership (for all levels of management), & workplace violence

  • Establish performance goals and indicators

  • Conduct OSHA 10 and 30 hour training

  • Grow and build client relationships

  • Maintain excellent professional relationships with clients and ensure continuous client satisfaction

  • Organize an efficient schedule of client visits and training

  • Track and log billable hours




  • Bachelor's Degree

  • BCSP Certification

  • OSHA 500

  • Minimum of 4-6 years Construction and General Industry Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Highly organized with superb time management skills
