Sylvester Electric has been a family-owned business for 30+ years. We are looking for highly motivated commercial and residential licensed electricians to join our team.

Requirements & Responsibilities of the Service Manager Role Include:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Mature and responsible team player
  • Current MA and/or NH state journeyman electrician license
  • OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
  • Reliable transportation to job sites in MA and NH
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have basic hand tools
  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Ability to pass drug and background check
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Ability to bend conduit
  • Ability to supervise and lead service technicians
  • Ability to communicate and monitor goals
  • Ability to meet or exceed company goals
