Trimlite/CODEL Manufacturing is looking for an Inside Sale Representative. This individual will receive incoming customer calls, place orders, enter orders into ERP, as well as address and troubleshoot customer quality concerns. We are looking for teammates who will go the extra mile to get things done. Candidate must be eager and willing learn. This is a full-time position in our Tacoma Facility.

Work hours are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
Receives multiple incoming phone calls per day
Makes sales orders
Troubleshoot customer product concerns
Giving and entering quotes
Knowledge and experience with product tracking and customer management database systems
Prior Mill work experience strongly desired
Responsible to ensure that all of our products continuously meet the required standards of safety; legality and quality.
Assists in supporting Safety Procedures and Policies
Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor or General Manager
1 + years sales experience
Excellent Oral and Written Communication
Good attendance required
Should be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Compliance with safety regulations
Strong English skills (written and verbal)
Other duties as assigned by Department Manager or Lead
