Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing all activity in the installation shop.
The Shop Manager should ensure that all paperwork related to installs or removals is completed properly, inventory is properly maintained and monitored, and that proper tools and equipment are always in the shop. Shop Manager should help shop techs maintain proper schedule, properly follow processes of the shop and gain trust of the team members and regularly report to the General Manager on goals and how to build success in the store.
