The H&K Group, Inc.
is searching for the ideal Cash Team Administrator! The Cash Team Administrator compiles, classifies records, verifies, and maintains data to accounts receivable records by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares and processes daily cash and credit card deposits and fills out cash control sheet daily.
Reviews and posts receipts and payments to appropriate ledgers, spreadsheets, records, and databases.
Prepares, sorts, copies, files, and mails invoices, receipts, correspondence, and other requested items.
Audits invoices against purchase orders.
Assists with related special projects, as required.
Prepares analysis and summaries of accounts.
Prepares monthly statements.
Assist in monthly and annual closing.
Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
