Responsibilities

Revolution Company, is now hiring for a Maintenance Technician position in Stuttgart, Arkansas. This role will be responsible for keeping all equipment operating through preventive and as-needed maintenance and document all repairs.

  • Review, recommend, and implement maintenance operational process and procedure improvements.
  • Conduct daily physical inspection of all equipment and issue work orders and perform repairs.
  • Keep daily log of work performed with beginning/ending times.
  • Troubleshoot repairs and make determinations for best corrective action.
  • Track maintenance cost and labor time for repairs.
  • Track total downtime hours by equipment due to maintenance repairs.
  • Keep all equipment greased and all filters changed.
  • Responsible for rebuilds.
  • Assist in other areas as needed to perform maintenance duties.
  • Welding and other fabrication as needed.
  • Follows company policies and procedures and works in a safe manner.


Qualifications

  • Minimum high school level education with relevant technical training.
  • Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 12-hour shift, four days on/four days off. May occasionally have to work overtime.
  • Exposure to all types of weather and noise of recycling equipment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Systems and continuous improvement orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
