Your Responsibilities Include
Build trusting relationships with customers and gain a deep understanding of their goals and how they support Stand Together's vison
Partner with customers and peers to develop plans that solve problems, optimize processes, and make efficient use of resources
Apply and ensure the team applies good economic thinking when developing solutions
Develop value propositions, success criteria, and key metrics for projects
Manage timelines, deliverables, and project dependencies
Drive accountability amongst team members and stakeholders
Communicate effectively across the community on project status, issues, risks, obstacles, and escalations
Extrapolate current state and trends to predicted outcomes to identify and raise risks on impacts to project outcomes
Apply the community's risk philosophy to tailor project management activities
Ensure application of Organizational Change Management (OCM) to customer-facing projects
Ensure coordination of Compliance, Security, and other foundational teams where needed
Mentor others in project management basics and best practices
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
5+ years of project management experience, people management, consulting, or related experience in a complex organization
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively
Strategic thinking and understanding the why of the project in addition to the what
Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism; proven ability to forge trusting relationships across the organization
Entrepreneurial spirit to work both tactically and strategically with a high sense of urgency
Awareness of project management techniques and tools
Understanding of Change Management
Strong customer focus
