We are currently seeking an experienced Portable Batch Plant Operator for our Krumsville, PA location!

Job Summary:
Provide the customer with the correct mix design, slump, and requested quantities per hour. In addition, a Portable Batch Plant Operator is expected to follow all company any DOT guidelines. They are expected to ensure that all guidelines kept above acceptable levels.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other assignments, projects, and duties may be required:

Possess the knowledge and skills to efficiently operate a Rex Model S batch plant equipped with RC3 software.

Produce quantities in excess of 200 cubic yards per hour while maintaining a consistent product. Possess the knowledge and understanding of both DOT and ACI guidelines.

Communicate with customers, inspectors, and inner company personnel to provide a smooth and efficient daily operation.

Complete and maintain accurate daily and monthly inventories of raw materials.

Comply with company and OSHA safety standards.

Complete plant preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

Physically capable of performing maintenance duties at various heights.

Ability to safely operate various equipment.

Flexibility in work schedules that include evenings and weekends.

Participate in weekly inner company meetings.

Attend and complete all inner company training seminars.
