Job: Maintenance Technician, The Beach Company, Greenville, SC

• The maintenance duties will include Preventative, Corrective and Emergency maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable property for residents.
• Responsible for all necessary tasks to prepare the property for new residents, as units turnover.
• Must excel in the area of Resident Relations by appropriate and professional conduct, must adherence to Fair Housing laws, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and work cohesively with co-workers and residents.
• Position will require "on call" rotation and weekend work.

• The ideal candidate will possess a high school education or equivalent certification.
• Approximately 1-3 years in the areas of HVAC (preferably certified), carpentry, dry wall, appliances, plumbing, masonry, roofing and electrical repair.
• Must also have CPO to service on-site swimming pool.
